By using THRASH NZ, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
THRASH NZ is a platform for New Zealand adventure sports enthusiasts to discover locations, coordinate with their crew, and share conditions knowledge.
YOUR ACCOUNT
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years of age to use THRASH NZ. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Keep your password safe and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
COMMUNITY RULES
When using THRASH NZ, you agree not to:
Post content that is harmful, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal.
Submit false or misleading information about locations or conditions.
Spam, advertise, or promote services without permission.
Attempt to access, disrupt, or damage the platform or other users' accounts.
Impersonate other users or the THRASH NZ team.
Violation of these rules may result in content removal or account termination at our discretion.
SAFETY DISCLAIMER
Adventure sports carry inherent risks. THRASH NZ provides community-sourced condition information for reference only. Always make independent safety assessments and check official sources before heading out.
THRASH NZ accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the app or reliance on information provided by the community.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The THRASH NZ name, logo, and original content are owned by THRASH NZ. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant THRASH NZ a licence to display and distribute it within the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
